- Troubleshooting-1.Verify all parts against the checklist in the User Instructions. 2. Window Installation Requirements:Window sill thickness ≤ 16 inches (≈40.6 cm). Window sill depth ≥ 2 inches (≈5.1 cm) for base placement. Window sill must accommodate 2.5 inches (≈6.4 cm) screws. Sliding window lip/stool height ≤ 1.9 inches (≈4.8 cm). Does not work with slider, crank-out or casement windows.
- Exclusive built-in bubble level to correct mounting slope position. All necessary hardware included and all weather construction.
