- Crafted from precision CNC machined 3/8" solid aluminum, our insert plate guarantees exceptional flatness and durability. The sturdy 3/8" thickness prevents any bending or deformation, ensuring a consistently flat registration surface. Laser engraved scales on both sides facilitate accurate router fence setup.
- The insert plate features a series of 1/4" pre-drilled mounting holes with 1/2" counterbore, specifically designed for popular router models including 690, 890, 7529, 8529, 97529, 1617, 1618, 616, 618, MV12VC, 1100, 5616, 5624, 5625-20, A2930, TRA001, and MOF001. Additionally, There are through holes provide easy access to the bottom lead screws of certain routers.
- Our insert plate includes five insert rings, offering optimal stock support for various router bit sizes. The sizes include 3/8", 1", 1-1/4" (compatible with guide bushings), 1-7/8", and 2-5/8" rings, catering to your diverse routing needs. Changing insert rings is a breeze with the included ring wrench, allowing for quick adjustments.
- With ten leveling points, our insert plate ensures a stable and level working surface. The diagonal counterbore slots at the corners allow you to securely bolt down the plate, accommodating slight positional differences in the router table's threaded holes(Four 1/4" x 1" bolting screws are included). Additionally, the insert plate features two installing positions for the included starting pin, enhancing the safety and smoothness during pattern routing.
